Negroni Prosciutto Rollups Recipe

By Smurfetta

Negroni Prosciutto rollups are a favorite in our home. As an appetizer there’s nothing better. Serve your friends this epicurean specialty and then just sit back and wait for the rave reviews.

The Negroni Prosciutto is rolled up with lettuce, cheese and sliced for an easy appetizer.

Ingredients:
3 slices Negroni Prosciutto, thin
4 Baby Romaine Lettuce leaves, 1/2-inch wide, ribs removed
5 oz. Brie Cheese, softened, rind removed
Dried Thyme

Preparation:
On a large piece of plastic overlap 3 slices Negroni Prosciutto slightly
making a rectangle.
Top with a single layer of lettuce.
Pipe or spread cheese on top, sprinkle with thyme.
Starting at the widest end roll tightly; cover and refrigerate.

They can be made 1 day ahead.

Remove plastic, cut into 1-inch slices, place upright on a platter
and serve.
